PERMA-Lead Profiler
This online test procedure, which of course meets the criteria for organizational psychological diagnostics, provides managers with detailed feedback on their positive leadership behavior with little effort. In addition, the expectations of one's own leadership style and the motivation to develop further become visible.
The Profiler is a very simple and quick tool to use. For this purpose, a manager answers various test questions online; the duration is approximately 15 minutes. The evaluation takes place directly after the test. This shows in which of the PERMA lead areas the manager is already working to his or her full potential and in which areas there is still potential for development. As a result, the manager receives a 13-page evaluation report in which his or her own results are compared with a regularly updated benchmark.
Studies on PERMA lead leadership assessments show that the level of self- and third-party assessments can vary, but the assessment of which of the five PERMA lead areas should be developed the least or the most is relatively consistent.

Depending on the expression of the individual values, various individualized text modules are combined by an intelligent system in the background. 360° Feedback Leadership and Management Competencies
In this process, the self-assessment of the manager is compared with three other external assessments: that of the employees, that of the manager's supervisor and a third group, which is usually made up of colleagues of the same rank.
With this tool, we provide an instrument based on well-founded scientific results. Only questions relevant to leadership, management or career are asked.
This option can only be used in combination with evaluation coaching by a certified consultant or coach.

The two additional areas are also science-based. This means that behind all questions there are studies that show that a higher value actually has a measurable positive impact. The number of applications for 360°-employees in organizations has been steadily increasing over the past few years. With this tool, we provide an instrument whose basis is sound scientific results. Only questions relevant to leadership, management or career are asked.

In addition to the perceived behavior, the individual expectations of the various feedback providers are also collected and compared with the behavior of the manager.
Any form of further development of executives and regular assessments are suitable applications. The manager receives very detailed feedback on how he/she experiences him/herself in different areas and how he/she is experienced by others. Additionally, the own expectations as well as the expectations of the others towards the feedback recipient are compared.
Another special added value of this tool is its use for the precise planning and evaluation of management programs. For this purpose, 360° feedback is conducted prior to the program. This provides participants with a precise assessment of their current situation as well as concrete, individually tailored learning objectives. Based on the results, the focus of an executive development can be determined very accurately.
After completion of the leadership program, 360° feedback is again conducted. Through this before and after measurement, the quality of the further development as well as the quality of the program can be objectively assessed.

Leadership and organizational culture analysis
Based on the results of several 360° feedbacks, a general overview of the current company-wide leadership and organizational culture is calculated. It compares how the current leadership culture is perceived by the different groups surveyed (employees, managers & others) and what expectations are generally placed on leadership behavior and management competencies.

An accompanying leadership and organizational culture analysis is a good way, on the one hand, to keep the concrete results from the 360° feedbacks confidential and, on the other hand, to create an exact diagnosis of the organizational culture on the basis of these results.
The advantage of this is that customized further training measures can be derived on the basis of the assessment.
The analysis of leadership and organizational culture reveals where strengths already exist in general, where the greatest areas for development are, in which areas self-perception and perception by others are similar, and where the greatest differences are to be found.
Especially in the planning phase of leadership development programs or in change processes in general, it makes sense to first conduct a company-specific assessment of the current situation. And then to start from there with a precise fit.
