PERMA-Lead Profiler

This online test procedure, which of course meets the criteria for organizational psychological diagnostics, provides managers with detailed feedback on their positive leadership behavior with little effort. In addition, the expectations of one's own leadership style and the motivation to develop further become visible.

The Profiler is a very simple and quick tool to use. For this purpose, a manager answers various test questions online; the duration is approximately 15 minutes. The evaluation takes place directly after the test. This shows in which of the PERMA lead areas the manager is already working to his or her full potential and in which areas there is still potential for development. As a result, the manager receives a 13-page evaluation report in which his or her own results are compared with a regularly updated benchmark.

Studies on PERMA lead leadership assessments show that the level of self- and third-party assessments can vary, but the assessment of which of the five PERMA lead areas should be developed the least or the most is relatively consistent.

    The executive answers various test questions online in just 15 minutes, after which 13 pages show in which of the PERMA Lead areas the executive is already working to his full potential and in which there is potential for development.

  4. Optional evaluation coaching

    The results of the test are discussed confidentially with a PERMA Lead Consultant* and concrete measures for the own area are developed, including tools, techniques and tips for practical implementation. We recommend 2 coaching units in a block (45 minutes each).

360° Feedback Leadership and Management Competencies

In this process, the self-assessment of the manager is compared with three other external assessments: that of the employees, that of the manager's supervisor and a third group, which is usually made up of colleagues of the same rank.

With this tool, we provide an instrument based on well-founded scientific results. Only questions relevant to leadership, management or career are asked.

This option can only be used in combination with evaluation coaching by a certified consultant or coach.

Your additional advantages compared to the Profiler

  1. Higher information content

    In addition to the PERMA lead factors, a whole bundle of management competencies as well as career-promoting behaviors are also surveyed. In the course of an evaluation coaching session, each manager receives an approx. 40-page evaluation report with their individual, concrete results on the respective leadership and management competencies.

  2. self-selected questions

    The opportunity to formulate a few additional questions (e.g. relating to corporate mission statements, internal leadership values, competency content from continuing education programs, etc.) yourself.

  3. Evaluate objectively

    In order to assess whether and in which areas leadership development has been successful, the perception of employees, supervisors and possibly colleagues is relevant in addition to one's own assessment. A 360° feedback is the instrument to objectively evaluate the further development of executives.

  4. Focus on individual goals

    Individual goals are defined by the participating executives based on the assessment of their current position and are focused on in the further training.

  5. mandatory evaluation coaching

Leadership and organizational culture analysis

Based on the results of several 360° feedbacks, a general overview of the current company-wide leadership and organizational culture is calculated. It compares how the current leadership culture is perceived by the different groups surveyed (employees, managers & others) and what expectations are generally placed on leadership behavior and management competencies.

An accompanying leadership and organizational culture analysis is a perfect way to keep the concrete results from the 360° feedbacks confidential and to create an exact diagnosis based on them.

    The leadership and organizational culture analysis makes visible where strengths already exist in general and where the greatest areas for development are, or in which areas self-perception and perception by others are similar and where the greatest differences exist.
